When asked about our name "Tin & Paisley," it reminds me of my daughters. My youngest daughter is all Tin. She loves rustic, western, Pendleton, and turquoise. While my oldest daughter is all Paisley. She loves comfy clothes to dress up or down. Dress with pockets (like her mama) and a good pair of jeans to pair with a blouse. This sums up our store with a dash of jewelry and some gift items for all occasions.

As a hairstylist for 20 plus years, I have always loved helping ladies shine. That feeling you get with a new cut or color is just as amazing as the feeling of finding the perfect jeans! This little boutique to me is my way of sprinkling some love and shine to all our new friends. So girls, let us help you SHINE! Or stop by and say hi!

Fox Farm Vineyards Founder David Fish is the daily operations manager. He researches and selects vineyards, makes harvest decisions, meets and greets folks at the tasting room, pours wines and tells jokes, shares the stories behind Fox Farm Vineyards, works with out-of-state distributors, and drinks lots of coffee.

With over 15 years of experience, certification through the American Kennel Club, and his home base at PetSmart in Tualatin, Joe brings real-world insights, compassion, and practical strategies for dog owners at every stage.

Liz Hatcher is an entrepreneur and creative at heart, with a diverse background in marketing, association management, and event production across multiple industries. She founded Women to Women Network because she was looking for community and opportunities to connect in more authentic ways with other women entrepreneurs and professionals. Lucinda is a native Oregonian who grew up on a ranch in Central Oregon.  She became a realtor in 2005 after moving to the Portland metro area and went to work for Coldwell Banker as full time agent/realtor with the plan to work into management. In 2009, she bought a nine-agent Coldwell Banker office in Newberg, OR, creating Coldwell Banker Professional Group.  Lucinda has a great passion for working with realtors, mentoring, coaching and growing their careers. She opened a second office in 2015 in McMinnville, OR, purchased a 4th office in 2017 in Lincoln City, in 2019 purchased a 5th office in Eugene, OR, in 2020 opened a 6th office in Newport, OR, and in 2024 opened her 7th in West Linn, just outside Portland, OR. The company currently has 90+ agents and continues to grow. She has been a professional business coach with the Tom Ferry company since 2017. Lucinda has served on the local real estate association board since 2013, was board president 2018 and 2019. 

PARRA Wine Co was established in 2019 by proprietor Sam Parra. His last name is a Spanish and Portuguese surname meaning grapevine or trellis.

Born and raised in St. Helena, CA, he was destined to be in the wine industry. After rising through the ranks for 15 years in both Napa and Sonoma counties, Sam moved to the Willamette Valley in the summer of 2016 to begin this journey.

PARRA Wine Co is and will remain a boutique, hand crafted wine producer. Over the years Sam has cultivated friendships with highly respected growers that share the same passion and dedication to the craft.
